Hello, I'm Sandra Yelovich. I moved to Decatur in 1985 from Olympia Fields, a south suburb of Chicago. I attended Valparaiso University and received a bachelor's degree in communication disorders. I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 34 years. We raised three wonderful sons, Matthew, Mick, and Mark. Recently we were blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, Stella. When I wasn't busy attending my sons' basketball and golf matches, I worked in retail as the merchandiser/buyer at South Side Country Club. The last ten years I have been passionately involved running the Matthew and Tony Memorial Golf Outing which benefits the SADD Chapters in our community. I'm a member of Holy Family Parish. Health and fitness are important to me. I enjoy yoga, running, walking, weight training, and anything to stay active! I have a strong commitment to our community and want to ensure its growth.
