What To Expect
Custom-tailored, professional advice based on comps and neighborhood standards for both how to stage your home (i.e. rearrange, remove, declutter, etc.) and potential opportunities for changes (i.e. updated paint colors, flooring, light fixtures, minor repairs, etc.)
How It Works
A "walk-and-talk" in-person meeting with sellers and listing agent to tour your home. During this consultation, an overall plan and priority level of specific recommendations (down to paint color) will be provided based on your budget, potential net value return, and possible improved marketability.
