Austin was great when we recently purchased our first home. We have been looking for a house for two years, and after a bad experience a year ago, we were hesitant to jump back into the market. Austin was always patient with us and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He also did a great job of keeping us hopeful in a fast and ever changing market. When there was a major constructive issue on the inspection of our home, Austin immediately began calling contractors to figure out the best deal to have the work done, and worked with the sellers to negotiate a deal that benefitted everyone.
