Hi there, I'm Arianna Sims! Although originally from St. Louis (Go Cards!) I have been in Decatur for 15 years. My professional journey began at Millikin University where I earned two bachelor's degrees and my Professional Education License in Spanish Education. Subsequently, I attained my Master’s in Educational Leadership from U of I Springfield. Prior to my current role, I served at the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, guiding over 300 students in shaping their post-graduate plans. Additionally, I taught Spanish at MacArthur High School. My passion for learning is matched by my dedication to assisting others in setting and achieving their goals, and as a Realtor that is my goal to all clients.  

I started my real estate journey "feet first" with my husband when we began our real estate investing business here in Decatur. I gained a love for real estate, and I'm not afraid to put in the work! It's another way I can positively impact our community and help change people's lives, as ours have been forever changed.

My husband and I reside in the Home Park/Ravina Park area, along with our two children, Caleb II and Miss Emmie. I find joy in international travel, particularly to Spanish-speaking countries, where I immerse myself in language, culture, and experiences. I thrive on networking, both within and beyond my community, and I'm actively involved in giving back, particularly through my beloved Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Moreover, I'm passionate about leveraging my talents to bring smiles to others' faces.
