July 2017 Macon County Market Update

July was busy, even during some of those really hot days! In the month of July, homes that were sold were on the market for an average of 75 days, which is lower than the year-to-date average of 84 days. Low inventory has contributed to this, as inventory is down not only locally, but natinoally as well. When comparing residential sales in July of 2017 to July of 2016, the market is down only 1 home.

Year-To-Date, 2017 residential sales are down 4.12% over the same time period in 2016.

Looking at the first 6 months of the 2017, Brinkoetter led the market by taking part in 358 residential real estate transactions, helping people either buy or sell a home.
