I love to fish and hunt! Both allow me time to love God and think. During those quiet times, I give thanks for my great clients and also, I plan how I can help them most. I love to catch the big ones and small ones, and feel the same way about my clients. No matter how big or small the sale, I love what I do. My happiness comes in the process of buying and selling, and in knowing I have found someone the right home, or have helped them move on to their next home.
My experience in fishing and hunting has given me the patience and calm to wait for the right home for my clients. My service in the U.S. Army has taught me to fight for what is right and to hold to the ideals we all treasure in this wonderful country.
I have learned to negotiate, to wait, to compromise, and to love through my blended family. You probably know how hard it is to help kids grow up!! I love my two children and step children, and my wife of 23 years. My children are all leading successful lives, either in school or in their jobs. One even served in the Army! My wife takes care of the elderly, but she also takes great care of me and our first grandchild.
Challenges, just like in fishing, exist in real estate. I have the patience, knowledge, and experience to work through financing, inspections, and marketing issues. My former clients tell me I never give up! Sometimes people stretch the truth "a little" when describing their catch. I promise the truth, quick action and hard work in all I do. I hope I can help you find your prize home, or help you sell it.
