| Hi There! I am a transplant, originally from Pee Dee, N.C. Like many of you, I've had the opportunity to live in small towns, bigger cities and those places like Pee Dee that Daddy would refer to as a "wide spot in the road". I received my bachelor's in Psychology-Human Services and Counseling from Liberty Univ. in Lynchburg, VA., then worked as a Mental Health Professional prior to real estate. As a Realtor, I immediately began placing education as a priority for my clients and myself. After all, the market's not just about the houses for sale, it's the economy, interest rates, job trends, relocation, and so much more. I have been in real estate for 15 years and am now a Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, am working on my e-Pro and SFR designations. I've served as association President, was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2006, and served as Manager of a real estate firm in Kankakee. After I met ('06) and married ('07) my husband Kevin, I continued managing and training for 2 years until joining Brinkoetter in 2009. We live on Decatur's Westside - past Milliken, are active members at First Baptist Church, Mt. Zion and so enjoy all our area has to offer.
